President Tinubu Begins Vacation in Europe

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will depart Abuja today, September 4, 2025, to begin a 10-day working vacation in Europe, marking his ninth international trip this year as part of his 2025 annual leave, according to a State House announcement.

The President is scheduled to spend the period between France and the United Kingdom, with plans to return to Nigeria thereafter.

Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, confirmed the itinerary on X, noting the vacation will span 10 working days, balancing official duties with rest.

This trip follows eight prior international visits in 2025, including stops in Ghana, the UAE, Tanzania, France, Italy, Saint Lucia, Japan, and Brazil.
